SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective 2026-08-13. Supersedes the 2026-08-11 version.
These terms cover the TradesView early-access text program: messages sent by TradesView to people who joined the waitlist at tradesview.ai and checked the optional text-message box. Every message identifies TradesView as the sender.
What the messages are
Conversational messages about your early access — not marketing. Typically:
- your spot on the waitlist and when access opens
- onboarding and getting your account set up
- replies to questions you text us
Messages may include links to your own account pages on TradesView's domain. We do not use public link shorteners.
How you opt in
You opt in one way: by checking the optional, unchecked text-message box on the waitlist form at tradesview.ai. If you text our number without having opted in, we will reply to your question — but recurring updates are sent only to people who checked the box.
Consent is never a condition of service. If you skip the box or opt out later, you keep your place on the waitlist and we reach you by email instead.
Message frequency
Frequency varies with where things stand on the waitlist and your onboarding. These are conversational messages, not a fixed-schedule campaign — an active week may involve several, a quiet stretch none at all.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. TradesView does not charge you for these messages.
Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Opting out takes effect immediately.
- Reply START to opt back in — this restores a prior opt-in after a STOP; it does not enroll a new number.
- Reply HELP for help and contact details.
Standard carrier keywords are honored. You can also email us to stop the messages at any time.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
Your information
Your phone number is used to send the messages described above. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture, and our Terms of Service for the agreement covering the rest of the product.
